As one of the business partners of BGS Safety Product Kft, please be informed that our company also manages personal data, consequently we are considered a data controller or data processor in the course of our business - in compliance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on General Data Protection by the European Parliament and Council (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). The regulation lays down strict rules for data controllers and data processors on protection of natural persons with regard to processing of their personal data, and in connection with the free stream of such data
As a data controller and data processor, our company have respect for the privacy of all natural persons and individuals whose personal data has been provided to us, as well as we are committed to protecting these data.

2.    Scope of the data being processed; purpose and duration of data processing: 
Data to be processed: surname, first name, company name, address, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, bank details. 
Purpose of data processing: Data processing is required for the purpose of keeping contact with the clients and customers in the time of making and issuing quotes, invoices and delivery notes.
Duration of data processing: Data are processed during the commercial and construction activities; all data are deleted after the completion of the trade relationship and construction activity. Cancellation of any data may be requested in written by the clients, by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@bgsworks.com

3.    Rights of the person concerned 
The person concerned may request information about processing of his/her personal data, and may request any correction in his/her personal data or even deleting them on any of the data processor's contact details. The person concerned may protest against the processing of his/her personal data in the cases specified by the relevant laws.
